Study draws attention to the relevance of the issue of linguistic continuity in the system of continuous agrarian education. The aim of the work is to identify pedagogical conditions that contribute to maintaining the connection between agricultural schools and agrarian universities in teaching foreign languages. The author presents a model of pedagogical conditions aimed at ensuring continuity in teaching a foreign language from “agro school” to “agro university” with the goal of forming competitive graduates. The basis of this model is a high level of language competence among future agrarian university students, especially in the context of agricultural education. The paper presents four key pedagogical conditions for the successful implementation of the model: establishing partnerships between agricultural schools and agrarian universities, developing a special course program for foreign language teachers in agricultural schools, creating methodological recommendations for teachers, and integrating an agricultural component into the agricultural school curriculum. The author emphasizes the importance of legislative foundations for educational program continuity and highlights the problem of insufficient formal implementation of this principle, particularly in the field of agricultural education. Building on previous research and concepts, the article discusses the need to develop pedagogical conditions to ensure continuity in foreign language learning from an agricultural school to an agrarian university. Such conditions should contribute to maintaining the integrity of the educational process and ensuring continuity in language learning. The author emphasizes the importance of creating a specialized educational environment that supports the comprehensive development of students’ personalities and fosters the development of their language competence in the agricultural sphere. An experiment was conducted among students in grades10-11 from three agricultural schools in the Sakha Republic(Yakutia). The results of the survey indicate that the use of practical exercises, agricultural scenarios, and teaching methodstypical of universities significantly improved students’ language skills and confidence in transitioning to higher education. The integration of the agricultural component also contributed to a deeper understanding of the material and the practical application of the foreign language in the agricultural field. These results confirm the positive effect of implementing a model that supports educational continuity in the agricultural sphere.

Yakutia, in compared to other regions of the Russian Federation, has a status of territory with rather contradictory assessments of population’s quality of life. Some authors classify Yakutia as one of the regions with the best positions in terms of the most important indicators of the level and population’s quality of life. Other scholars emphasize a high level of inequality and describe Yakutia as a region with signs of social disadvantage. Various methodological approaches based on integral indexes are used to measure quality of life. In this article, we examine the main trends in the well-being of the population of Yakutia as one of the basic components of quality of life We have selected two blocks of indicators characterizing the population’s well-being. The authors’approach to assessing the well-being is formed based on the identified features and problems that have the greatest impact on the quality of life of the population of Yakutia, as well as on the methods developed by S. A. Ayvazyan, A. A. Mitroshin, and, also, on the availability of statistical information. The second block for evaluation of well-being includes the system of indicators proposed and published by S. A. Ayvazyan, M. Yu. Afanasiev and A. V. Kudrov. As a result, a retrospective analysis of the integral index of the population well-being is carried out using two methodological approaches for 2013—2020, and a rating of the region is compiled among 85 constituent entities of Russia. We have identified significant statistical indicators that affect the dynamics of the integral well-being of the population of the region the most. A low level of comfort in living in the region has an undeniable negative impact on well-being of the population of Yakutia.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the key development indicators of the Far East subjects of the Russian Federation against the background of changes in the external environmentin 2022 under the influence of external sanctions. In recent years, special attention has been paid to the development of the Far East and the Arctic in the Russian Federation. Strategic documents were adopted and additions were made to state and municipal programs for the development of municipalities of the Far Eastern Federal District. A review of the economic literature of Russian and foreign studies on the topic of research over the past ten years shows that crises arise for various reasons. The prerequisites for the crisis maybe liquidity of the financial system, tax, credit, accounting policy, fluctuations in the foreign exchange markets and in the securities market and other factors. In addition, there is a cyclical crisis. Crises have consequences on the socio-economic development indicators of the region, municipality and subjects of the economic system due to economic and political decisions. Since the focus of development is shifting to the east of Russia, it is important to assess the sensitivity after February 2022 of the package of sanctions against the entire economy of the Russian Federation in the context of the economic indicators of the Far East. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the development of recommendations for the regions in overcoming the effects of external sanctions, based on the analysis of regional statistics of the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District for the period from January to July 2022.Based on two indicators (the industrial production index and the production index), the leading regions are identified and their regional policy in the Far East is evaluated. The conclusion is made that in the short term (over the analyzed period) the sanctions have not affected the sustainability of socio-economic systems in the subjects of the Far East. The practice of measures taken by regional authorities in the leading regions of the Far East is analyzed. Conclusions are drawn for maintaining the sustainability of the economic situation.

Today, the most relevant in the field of education is the use of non-traditional forms of education, namely distance(remote) learning. Distance learning is the same educational process that uses information and communication technologies. Modernity, timeliness, accessibility of learning without leaving home, being in another city, gaining knowledge using a convenient educational platform of the university — all this is distance learning. All materials of lectures, assignments are stored in one place and are available at any time. In addition, you can turn to video lectures at any time and refresh your knowledge, test your knowledge via online tests and get an immediate result or simulators to achieve the desired result. Distance learning is an alternative learning during the pandemic. This article discusses the organization of distance learning and reveals the tasks of using information support for the educational process at the university. The chosen research method is theoretical analysis and synthesis of the material. Based on the analysis of scientific works of researchers on the organization of distance learning, the tasks of information support of the educational process at the university are revealed. In this article, the authors focus on delivering online lectures and classes in a clear and engaging way and describe the most common video conferencing services used by educational platforms. In the course of the study, the authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to improve the competence of teachers in working with information and communication technologies. Distance learning and the peculiarities of its organization require careful attention and study due to their insufficient development. The main provisions and conclusions of the article can be useful for teachers, methodologists in scientific and pedagogical activities. In addition, the developed recommendation sallow improving the educational process at the university.

Currently, with the development of information technology and the transition of schoolchildren to distance learning due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19, as well as air pollution in connection with forest fires in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the problem of preserving the health of the population, especially children and adolescents, is becoming acute for early detection of unfavorable tendencies and their recovery through education and upbringing. The article analyzes the current state of physical culture lessons at school, and also provides a comparative analysis of physical development, physical activity, the peculiarities of the daily routine and nutrition of 10—13 year old schoolchildren in rural and urban areas. The choice of this age category is due to the beginning of the transition period and a special susceptibility to external factors; during this period children are actively gaining muscle strength, which reaches its peak at the age of 15. A comparative analysis of the nutrition of schoolchildren with the traditional diet of the Sakha people is carried out, ananalysis of physical activity during the COVID-19 pandemic (from 2019 to the present) and annual forest fires (2020—2021) shows a low level of physical activity of children, which is below the level recommended by the WHO (at least 1 hour a day). Thus, the relevance of this study lies in considering the problems of increasing the physical activity of 10—13 year old children and familiarizing them with physical culture and sports to preserve the health of the younger generation in the modern conditions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The article raises the problem of improving modern physical culture lessons at school, which requires a different approach, mastering new technologies and methods to in crease interest in physical culture and sports. Physical culture at school should follow the modern conditions of society, and the main goal should be to improve the health of young people, to teach them a responsible attitude to their health.
