Здоровье как категория является одним из главных элементов национального богатства каждого государства и служит одним из показателей эффективного действия государственных, общественных и экономических структур, влияет на все стороны жизни общества и одновременно определяется ими. Актуальной задачей общества и медицины является изучение социальных проблем детского и подросткового населения, взаимосвязи показателей здоровья и образа жизни детей и подростков. В статье представлены результаты динамического наблюдения по данным медицинского осмотра школьников 9-х классов г. Якутска. Было изучено состояние здоровья детей на основании результатов тестирования на аппаратно-программном комплексе и комплексного обследования. По результатам комплексного обследования выделена группа детей с факторами риска развития неинфекционных заболеваний, им даны рекомендации по ведению здорового образа жизни и проведены оздоровительные мероприятия. Проведенное динамическое наблюдение детей с факторами риска показало положительную динамику в состоянии здоровья
Health as a category is one of the main elements of the national wealth of each state and serves as one of the indicators of the effective operation of the state, social and economic structures, affects all aspects of the society and is simultaneously determined by them. The urgent task of the society and medicine is to study social problems of children and adolescents, the relationship between health indicators and the way of life of children and adolescents. The article presents the results of case follow-up according to the medical examination of 9th grade schoolchildren in Yakutsk. The children’s health condition was tested with the use of a the hardware and software complex and a comprehensive examination. Based on the results of the comprehensive survey, a group of children with risk factors for the development of non-communicable diseases was identified, they were given recommendations on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and were covered by recreational activities. The case follow-up of the children with risk factors showed a positive dynamics in their health condition
