В статье представлен лингвокультурологический анализ переводческих стратегий исторического романа В. С. Яковлева-Далана "Тыгын Дархан" с якутского на русский язык. Актуальность работы обусловлена потребностью в анализе общих и уникальных компонентов, отражающих культурные особенности якутской и русской лингвокультур. Исследование выполнено в рамках проекта "Сириус. Лето: начни свой проект" (2024/2025) и посвящено системному изучению механизмов передачи культурных кодов в межъязыковом пространстве. Методологическую основу составили методы сплошной выборки (853 текстовых примера) сравнительно-сопоставительного и описательного анализа. Выявлена типология культурных кодов с количественным распределением: антропонимические (474 случая, 55,5%), предметно-бытовые (136,16%), цветовые (61,7%), зооморфные (85,10%), числовые (58,7%) и астрономические (39,45%). Ключевые результаты: доминирование лексических трансформаций (59%), необходимость комбинирования переводческих трансформаций, значимость культурной адаптации при сохранении этнографической достоверности. Результаты исследования демонстрируют значимость культурных кодов для носителей языка и необходимость межкультурной компетенции переводчика при работе с текстами, насыщенными этнографическими элементами. Результаты могут быть полезны как для теоретиков, так и для практиков перевода, стремящихся к глубокому осмыслению культурных нюансов в литературных текстах.
The article presents a linguistic and cultural analysis of strategies for translating the historical novelby Vasily Yakovlev-Dalan “Tygyn Darkhan” from Yakut into Russian. The relevance of the work is dueto the need to analyze common and unique components reflecting the cultural characteristics of the Yakut and Russian linguistic cultures. The research was carried out within the framework of the Sirius project “Summer: start your project” (2024/2025) and is devoted to the systematic study of the mechanisms of transmission of cultural codes in the interlanguage space. The methodological basis was based on the methods of continuous sampling (853 text examples), comparative and descriptive analysis. The typology of cultural codes with a quantitative distribution was revealed: anthroponymic (474 cases, 55.5%), everyday objects (136, 16%), color (61, 7%), zoomorphic (85, 10%), numerical (58, 7%) and astronomical (39, 4.5%). Key results: the dominance of lexical transformations (635 cases, 74.5%), the need to combine translation strategies, the importance of cultural adaptation while maintaining ethnographic authenticity. The results of the study demonstrate the importance of cultural codes for native speakers and the need for an intercultural translator’s competence when working with texts rich in ethnographic elements. The results can be useful for both theorists and translation practitioners seeking a deeper understanding of cultural nuances in literary texts.

Данная статья посвящена оценке реализации статьи 35 Закона "О языках в Республике Саха (Якутия)" на вывесках учреждений Мегино-Кангаласского улуса. Языковая ситуация на Северо-Востоке РФ в настоящее время является предметом многих исследований, которая требует особого внимания со стороны государства. Правовая защита языка играет важную роль в сохранении культурного наследия и самобытности народа саха. Следует отметить, что Закон "О языках в Республике Саха (Якутия)", принятый 16 октября 1992 года, законодательно регулирует использование языка саха, но его реализация до сих пор не завершена. Данное исследование позволит выявить уровень реализации регионального закона в Мегино-Кангаласском улусе. Для выявления уровня реализации регионального закона начнем с функционирования статьи 35 главы IV в названиях административно-территориальных единиц, личных именах, знаках и информациях о Закон "О языках в РС (Я)". Актуальность исследования заключается в том, что в текстах двуязычных вывесок до сих пор наблюдаются ошибки при переводе с русского на якутский язык. Поэтому выявление переводческих ошибок в вывесках организаций Мегино-Кангаласского улуса в дальнейшем может использоваться в разработке правильного оформления текста вывесок на якутском языке. Основной целью работы является выявление переводческих ошибок на двуязычных вывесках Мегино-Кангаласского улуса. Для достижения этой цели были выполнены следующие задачи: осуществлен сбор материала, а именно фотографирование вывесок; проведён анализ собранных данных на выявление ошибок перевода; осуществлена классификация переводческих ошибок по пяти группам нормативно-языковых ошибок. В завершение работы был предложен скорректированный русско-якутский перевод вывесок, что позволяет не только выявить проблемы в оформлении двуязычных вывесок, но и предложить пути их решения для улучшения языковой ситуации в районе. Результаты исследования могут быть полезны для дальнейшей разработки единой структуры оформления вывесок.
This article is devoted to the assessment of the implementation of Article 35 of the Law “On Languages in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia)” on the signs of institutions of the Megino-Kangalassky District. The linguistic situation in the Russian northeast is currently the subject of many studies, which requires special attention from the state. Legal protection of the language plays an important role in preserving the cultural heritage and identity of the Sakha people. It should be noted that the Law “On Languages in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia)”, adopted on October 16, 1992, legislatively regulates the use of the Sakha language, but its implementation has not yet been completed. This study will reveal the level of implementation of the regional law in Megino-Kangalassky District. To identify the level of implementation of the regional law, let us start with the functioning of article 35 of Chapter IV. Names of administrative-territorial units, personal names, signs and information of the Law “On Languages in the SR(Y)”. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that errors are still observed in the texts of bilingual signage when translating from Russian into Yakut. Therefore, the identification of translation errors in the signage of organizations in Megino-Kangalassky District can later be used in the development of the correct design of the text of signage in the Yakut language. The main purpose of the work is to identify translation errors on bilingual signs in Megino-Kangalassky District. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were performed: the collection of material was carried out, namely, photographing signage; the analysis of the collected data was carried out to identify translation errors; the classification of translation errors into five groups of normative language errors was carried out. At the end of the work, an adjusted Russian-Yakut translation of signage was proposed, which allows not only to identify problems in the design of bilingual signage, but also to suggest ways to solve them to improve the linguistic situation in the area. The results of the study may be useful for further development of a unified signage design structure.
