Авторами изучен катамнез родов 894 юных матерей г. Якутска и истории развития их новорожденных детей, родившихся в 2006-2009 гг. Проведен сравнительный анализ соматического и гинекологического здоровья матерей подросткового возраста и матерей оптимального детородного возраста, состояния здоровья новорожденных в раннем неонатальном периоде. Исследования показали, что осложнения беременности, родов и патологические состояния новорожденных у юных матерей превышают аналогичные у родильниц старшего возраста.
The authors studied the follow-up history of the birth of 894 young mothers in Yakutsk and the developmental history of their newborn children born in 2006-2009. A comparative analysis of the somatic and gynecological health of mothers of adolescence and mothers of optimal childbearing age, the health status of newborns in the early neonatal period was carried out. Studies have shown that complications of pregnancy, childbirth and the pathological conditions of newborns in young mothers exceed those in older puerperas.
